Prof. Dr. Mingyi Hung
Professor of Accounting at the University of British Columbia and HKUST
Mingyi Hung is the Fung Term Professor of Accounting and Chair Professor at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. She received her Ph.D. from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Her research focuses on financial and sustainability disclosures and institutional development in global capital markets. She is a current editor of Journal of International Business Studies and a former editor of The Accounting Review.
She has published in leading accounting, finance, and business journals including The Accounting Review, Journal of Accounting and Economics, Journal of Accounting Research, Journal of Financial Economics, Review of Financial Studies, and Journal of International Business Studies. Her research has been featured in media outlets such as The Economist and Financial Times.

Prof. Dr. Zacharias Sautner
Professor of Sustainable Finance at the Department of Finance of the University of Zurich
Zacharias Sautner is Professor of Sustainable Finance at the Department of Finance of the University of Zurich (UZH) and a senior chair at the Swiss Finance Institute (SFI). Through his research on ESG topics such as climate change or biodiversity, he provides insights on how finance can contribute to a more sustainable future. He enjoys spreading his sustainable finance views in keynote speeches around the world.
His research was published in leading international journals, and he was ranked #23 globally across 12,000 business authors in a ranking based on SSRN research paper downloads (January 2023, calculated over the past 12 months). Two of his papers were ranked #3 and #4 in a Financial Times ranking of “Business School Sustainability Research: What is Read Most?” (July 2023).
